Suicide is a national health problem that impacts every city, town and village across America.

A life is lost to suicide every 10.6 minutes in the United States. It’s the 11th leading cause of death and the third leading cause of death among those ages 15-24.  The impact suicide has on the lives of family members, friends, co-workers and the community is devastating. The loss of human potential; enormous.

Ryan was a first responder suffering from PTSD, on 9/27/22 he committed suicide. It was an unforeseen tragedy with more questions than answers and an unimaginable heartache that never fades. At our darkest time it was the support of friends, family, and the local community that helped one day become the next a little easier.

The G Foundation, is our way of doing the same. It’s our mission and hope to be able to provide support and assistance for locally affected first responders, families, and communities as they navigate their loss. To let them know that they are not alone.
